More drugs and weapons have been removed from the streets of Âé¶čAV.
The Âé¶čAV RCMP Proactive Enforcement Unit seized a loaded handgun, additional firearms and illicit drugs during a targeted enforcement operation.
âThis is exactly the kind of result we want to see from strategic, intelligence-led policing,â said Inspector Chris Goebel. âRemoving loaded firearms and dangerous drugs from our community is a critical step toward ensuring the safety of residents, families, and businesses. These enforcement efforts reflect our commitment to pursuing public safety and preventing violence before it occurs.â
The Âé¶čAV RCMP are encouraging the public to help them keep the community safe by reporting any illegal activity to 250-762-3300 or leaving an anonymous tip with Crime Stoppers.
