Parking restrictions will be in place downtown for the New York New Year鈥檚 Eve celebration on Tue. Dec. 31.
Restrictions will be in effect along Water Street between Queensway and Doyle Avenue from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Visitors are encouraged to check real-time parking availability for nearby parkades, including:
- Library Plaza Parkade: 1360 Ellis Street
- Memorial Parkade: 1420 Ellis Street
- Chapman Parkade: 345 Lawrence Avenue
The family-friendly event features live entertainment and activities. Festivities run from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m., and conclude with a fireworks display at 9 p.m.
