Spots are running out for the Chic Summit coming to Â鶹AV on Feb. 2-3.
Founder of the Chic Experience Amy Nicole Cohen said there’s only about 40 spaces left.
is a two-day women’s business and leadership conference being held at 50th Parallel and the Delta Grand Hotel.
Day one of the event will feature various keynote speakers and other presenters, including University of B.C. psychology professor Dr. Lesley Lutes, former NHL player and cognitive performance coach Aaron Volpatti, and Cohen herself.
The second day, participants will break off into workshops to discuss topics like sexual empowerment, finances, and navigating difficult conversations.
Cohen noted that it’s not all serious with happy hour at the Oak and Cru inside the Delta Grand as part of the summit tickets.
The event is rounded out with a charity aspect. Cohen said an artist will be creating a live painting of the event to auction off with the proceeds benefiting Dress for Success Okanagan and Helen’s Acres.
Ticket purchases for the summit close Jan. 23.
Cohen said those purchasing an event ticket will be able to get exclusive nightly rates at the Delta Grand for the duration of the event.
