One of the most popular fundraising events every year in Âé¶čAV has come to an end.
The annual charity celebrity softball game and slo-pitch tournament put on by retired NHL players Josh Gorges and Blake Comeau lasted five years, raising more than $746,000 for the Âé¶čAV General Hospital (KGH) Foundation in that time.
âWe are so proud of what this team has accomplished,â KGH Foundation said on its website. âTogether, we have achieved so much, and it is with your continued support that we will keep striving to bring excellence in health care closer to home.â
