Frosty might be ready to visit Big White, but Mother Nature said no.
The ski resort east of Â鶹AV has pushed back its opening date for a second time. Big White has its skis crossed to open on Dec. 5.
The resort was originally set to open for the 2023/24 season on Nov. 23, but a lack of snowfall means the slopes aren’t ready.
Senior VP Michael J. Ballingall posted to social media to say the resort will open sooner if snow falls.
