LOWEN, Henry
Went to be with the Lord on September 8, 2016 at the age of 73 at Â鶹AV General Hospital after a lengthy illness with cancer. Predeceased by his parents, Dietrich and Katharina, brothers Peter, Jake, Rudy; sisters Tina Dearing and Hilda Giesbrecht. Survived by his loving daughters, Lori (Stan) Alldritt, Joanne (Don) McNeil, Tammy (Mike) Sheehan, 8 grandchildren, 3 step-grandchildren, 8 great grandchildren, 3 step-great grandchildren, bothers John (Hilda), Willie (Maria), sisters Helena Lowney, Frieda (Ron) Stewart, Adina (Wally) Hansen, numerous nephews and nieces, and his beloved cat, Martha. Henry had zest for life, a sense of humour, a generous nature and a love for Volkswagens. A special thank you to Dr. Finch of the Â鶹AV Cancer Clinic, all the doctors, nurses and staff at Â鶹AV General Hospital, and his friends that cared for him, especially Cornelius.
