The Independent Investigations Office of B.C. (IIO) is looking into an incident in Â鶹AV from Jan. 10.
The Â鶹AV RCMP responded to a residence in the 1900-block of Enterprise Way around 10 a.m. to make a well being check. It was reported to IIO that the officer was not able to make contact with the subject.
Later that same morning a man was found dead inside the residence of what appeared to be natural causes.
IIO has started its investigation to determine what happened and if RCMP action or inaction played a role in the man’s death.
