A truck and trailer colliding at Highway 97 and Meadowlark Road caused some traffic snarls Monday afternoon.
Emergency crews were called to the crash around 3 p.m. Monday, June 16.
"Officers attended and have determined the motorhome tried to make a left hand turn from the highway onto Meadowlark Road and was struck by a pickup truck travelling northbound on the highway," said Const. Chris Terleski, media relations officer.
The driver of the motorhome was issued a violation ticket under the Motor Vehicle Act. No injuries were reported at the time of the collision.
Traffic was backed up past the scales in the northbound lane. The southbound lane was not affected.
Crews were able to quickly clean up the wreck and have traffic flowing smoothly before 4:30 p.m.
