Four Points by Sheraton has completed a 55-room expansion at its hotel across from Âé¶čAV International Airport (YLW).

It was the first hotel built and operated by Argus Properties of Âé¶čAV which also owns and operates The Eldorado Resort, Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton.

Four Points by Sheraton, a Marriott property, opened in 2014.

The expansion includes premium king and deluxe king suites, increased corporate meeting space, and enhanced food and beverage facilities.

It was completed five months ahead of schedule and on budget.

“Four Points by Sheraton is the leading hotel in our market segment throughout the Interior of British Columbia,” said Rudolg Heider, director of hospitality, Argus Properties.

Don Cleary, president of Marriott Hotels, said the Âé¶čAV and Okanagan markets offered huge opportunities.

“With that in mind, we were careful in selecting Argus Properties as our hotel partner. The success of this property has been spectacular, quickly rising and maintaining its position as one of the top performing Sheraton hotel properties in North America.”
