According to a company media release, the move expands its reach in Western Canadaâs modular housing market and strengthens Built Prefabâs ability to provide more move-in-ready housing options and solutions to meet the growing demand.

Built Prefab will focus on mid to high-end modern modular homes, while Lake Country Modular will maintain its emphasis on attainable, high-quality manufactured, modular, multi-family, and First Nations housing.
