The City of West Â鶹AV invites residents to share their thoughts on developing the Infill Housing Strategy.
It will guide how the city can best use existing infrastructure to support new housing options.

In West Â鶹AV, zoning bylaws have been changed to allow up to four units of small-scale multi-unit housing on single-family lots. This could include duplexes with secondary suites, carriage houses, or townhouses in specific zones.
