The City of West Âé¶¹AV invites residents to share their thoughts on developing the Infill Housing Strategy.
It will guide how the city can best use existing infrastructure to support new housing options.

In West Âé¶¹AV, zoning bylaws have been changed to allow up to four units of small-scale multi-unit housing on single-family lots. This could include duplexes with secondary suites, carriage houses, or townhouses in specific zones.
The city is interested in feedback on several key areas:

•Types of infill housing residents want to see in different parts of the city;
•Considerations for the design and character of infill developments;
•Overcoming barriers to infill development.
