It's almost time for another edition of Penticton Ribfest.

The event returns this weekend, July 25 to 27, with live music and five ribbers from across Canada.

A kids' zone, beverage garden, food trucks, and adult summer games will also be featured, event organizers said.

The event, which debuted under new ownership in September 2024, is introducing all-you-can-eat passes for guests this year.

Admission to the park is free during the event, however, people can upgrade their experience by either purchasing an all-you-can-eat pass or a fast-pass wristband for those looking to skip the lines. Tickets are available

Four rock bands are also scheduled to rock Penticton Ribfest throughout the weekend:

• The Shenanigans (July 25, 6 to 10 p.m.)

• Pistol Whip the Devil (July 26, 4 to 5:30 p.m.)

• The Unified (July 26, 6 to 10 p.m.)

• Down & Dirty (July 27, 6 to 10 p.m.)

Doors to the event on Friday open at noon.

On Saturday and Sunday, meanwhile, action kicks off at 11 a.m.
