A former North Okanagan RCMP officer who is now a best-selling author, is bringing support to seniors with an upcoming event.
Randy Kolibaba presents Is This The Life You Imagine: What If You Were Wrong? on Saturday, Nov. 4, at the Schubert Centre.
The event is a fundraiser for the local seniors鈥� centre to continue enhancing programs offered.
鈥淭he hardest and often saddest reality that many people come to in their lives is that the life they鈥檙e living is not the one they envisioned,鈥� Kolibaba鈥檚 book reads. 鈥淲hat if you could change your life by merely changing the way you think? Would you?鈥�
The event takes place at 6 p.m. in the Emerald Room with a cash bar.
Tickets are $20, available at the door or in advance at Schubert Centre reception.
Kolibaba is already dedicating 100 per cent of proceeds from the book to charity, especially those combating child poverty and homelessness.
