The Great Closet Cleanout was back at Âé¶čAVâs Laurel Packinghouse on Oct. 22.
The event, which runs a couple times every year, has been hosted by Rosanne Ting-Mak Brown since 2014.
Ting-Mak Brown said the idea sparked after she had attended several baby clothing swaps and realized she had plenty in her closet she didnât wear anymore that someone else could love.
âWe have about 40 vendors, and we have everything.â There was a wide selection of womenâs clothing, shoes, and accessories. The event even had a table with menâs clothing and accessories.
Those who managed to snag a VIP ticket to the event got early access from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. and a swag bag. The doors opened for general admission from noon to 3 p.m.
A portion of the funds raised through ticket purchases is going to support The Bridge Youth and Family Services.
