After winning gold at the 11th World Qigong Competition in Richmond July 21-27, Â鶹AV's Dragon Spirit Tai Chi team wants to share their skills with locals.

In partnership with the OCCA Communities Association, classes are taking place in City Park on Sundays starting at 7:30 a.m. until Aug. 31.

Classes are open to all ages with no registration required. Attendees will learn gentle Tai Chi movements and breathing techniques.

The Dragon Spirit Tai Chi team left Richmond with one gold, one silver, and four bronze cups.
